Brent Chandler - Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Brent is a seasoned veteran of the Financial Services Industry with 20 years of experience, serving most recently as Director of Sales and Business Development at CashEdge Incorporated. Prior to CashEdge, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Sanchez Computer Associates where he was directly responsible for the creation and sales of the Sanchez Wealth Management ASP offering. While at CheckFree, he was Vice President of Sales and Business Development where he was instrumental in the creation, deployment and sales of the first online brokerage-trading platform facilitating the first online trade in '96. Before that he was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Chandler received a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, and served honorably for six years in the United States Marine Corps. He is married to Amy and has two active boys.

Brian Francis - Chief Technology Officer

Brian has 20 years experience leading technical teams in various capacities, including most recently as major accounts manager and industry partner manager at Microsoft Corporation. In that position, Brian was responsible for directing and supporting the Home Depot relationship and supporting Microsoft's Consulting Services & Partner services to drive additional business value for Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, Brian served as Senior Developer and Technical Sales director at NCR Corporation.

Brian received a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and has co-authored over 12 publications on Microsoft Technologies for WROX Press. Brian is married to Katharine and has two sons.
