Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for building requisite applications for FormFree, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to assist in the design and develop these applications, and to work with the development team to deliver finished, high quality, and compelling features and products on time. Duties Include:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, testable, and reliable C# code
  • Develop enterprise-level information technology solutions by analyzing, coding, testing and implementing new software, and by modifying and enhancing software applications
  • Collaborate with team leads and architects to determine the design of quality technical solutions
  • Review systems under development and related documentation
  • Resolve customer issues and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
  • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, documentation, and automatization
  • Analysis, design and development of multi-tiered applications in C#, using Angular, React, or Razor for the UI layer and RESTful web services in for the backend
  • Communicating status and issues in a clear, timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty
  • Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience (C# experience required)
  • Experience with Web API, MVC, and .NET CORE
  • Exposure to SPA Frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Exposure to Container Technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

    Client Success Manager

    As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for providing lenders with an exceptional client experience during the implementation period and throughout the life of the account. In addition to managing all communication with lenders, you will be responsible for setting strategic growth goals for all your accounts, organizing internal resources appropriately to reach these goals, creating new business by identifying opportunities, and monitoring ongoing account performance.

    Duties Include:

    • Manage the overall customer relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for your
      customers.
    • Implementation and Onboarding – Responsible for coordinating and managing all onboarding
      activities post-close including kickoff meetings, new client information gathering, user setup,
      training, and reporting.
    • Follow appropriate communication guidelines (monthly cadence calls, automated reports) for
      each client to create strong client relationships and drive product utilization.
    • Manage all customer communication and requests in a timely and professional manner using
      client feedback to improve customer experience.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product and process feedback to product,
      support, sales, management, and other teams as needed.
    • Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.

      Marketing Specialist

      Our FormFree team has a suite of exciting projects and market leading solutions underway, and we are looking for the right candidate to help us execute them in the marketing specialist role. With various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon, we’re hiring a skilled marketing professional to design and oversee marketing campaigns across platforms to reach company goals and increase brand awareness.

      Duties Include:

      • Work directly with project managers, designers, social media, and content teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
      • Perform competitive research to understand what’s happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
      • Facilitate cross-functional communication among project stakeholders.
      • Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with outsource marketing groups contracted with FormFree and product marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
      • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
      • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
      • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
      • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
      • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
      • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
      • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

        Integration IT Specialist

        The Integration IT Specialist is responsible for the smooth running of third-party integrations to the FormFree APIs and ensuring that mutual clients get maximum benefits from our integrations. You should become an expert on our APIs, our existing integrations, and integrations in progress, as well as be able to utilize SQL to navigate database queries. You should have a working knowledge of the common languages and architectures used to call our APIs. This is a client and partner-facing role requiring utmost professionalism, sound judgement, responsiveness, organization, and communication skills. You will also be responsible for assisting internal teams (i.e. Sales and Account Management) with technical integration-related questions or concerns.

        Duties Include:

        • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with integration partners implementing FormFree products through our APIs
        • Answer and resolve integration-related application issues that impact our customers (working with both internal and external teams)
        • Take ownership of customer issues reported to the integration team, whether through email, support ticket, Slack, or phone/video call
        • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, seeing problems through to resolution and following standard procedures to appropriate internal teams if escalation required
        • Coach new integration partners on best practices for integrating with our APIs
        • Attend cadence calls with in-progress integrators to monitor progress, answer questions, and catch issues before allowing them to go into production
        • Conduct acceptance testing of new integrations, or existing integrations implementing a new capability
        • Support integration troubleshooting
        • Document client/partner interactions in the CRM with proper recording & closure of all issues
        • Create documentation in the form of knowledge base tech notes, articles, or job aids for internal teams (depending on use case and audience)
        • Provide feedback to the FormFree product team regarding API enhancements or fixes needed by integration partners
