LendingPad announced an integration with Freddie Mac’s asset and income assessment solution delivered through Loan Product Advisor®, the GSE’s automated underwriting system which provides a faster, easier way for lenders to verify loan application data. The integration enables simple delivery of automated asset verification by allowing loan originators to enter the reference number from FormFree’s AccountChek Asset Report directly into Loan Product Advisor’s asset and income modeler (AIM).
LendingPad also recently announced a partnership with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) to create a new broker LOS platform, NAMB+LOS, that is free to all NAMB members.
